Ordering system without commission: what it costs and what you get
What "no commission" means at ShopBite
An order through your own shop costs you no share of the order value. Not 13 percent, not 30 percent, nothing. That is the difference to every platform. What you pay instead are fixed costs: the setup once, a small server on an ongoing basis. At a 30 euro order value a platform takes 4 to 9 euros per order. From a few orders a day a fixed-cost model is cheaper. How fast that pays off for you is shown by the commission calculator.

- Support according to the package and a 30-day money-back guarantee after go-live
The catch, stated honestly
An own ordering system brings no reach. Customers have to know you or find you via Google. Platforms bring new customers, and the commission is the price for that. An ordering system without commission therefore pays off above all for the orders of your regulars. At our first customer that is 71 percent of all online orders. What that looks like day to day is in the case study, and why both work together is on the page about the Lieferando alternative.
Two ways to your own shop
Self-hosted. You or your developer install ShopBite following our documentation. Cost: the server. We help with questions via GitHub.
Set up by us. We build the shop, import the menu, set up the receipt printer and train your team. Usually that takes four weeks. Cost: one-time, no recurring fees to us.
