I'm Lirim, a software engineer from Frankfurt. I've been building online shops for about ten years, first as a developer, then as head of web development, and since 2024 as a freelancer. My background is business informatics, preceded by an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. So I understand not just the code, but the numbers behind it.

ShopBite grew out of my family. Pizzeria La Fattoria in Obertshausen had taken orders by phone only since 1997, and every order through Lieferando cost up to 30% in commission. So I built an ordering system from open-source components that has been running there every day since. ShopBite is what came out of that experience.

When you work with me, you talk directly to the person who built the system and who sets it up for you. And because ShopBite is open source, your shop keeps running even if our collaboration ends one day.
